BRAND.EXPERIENCE.ARCHITECTURE
We are looking for a senior architect (m/f/d) in the “Creation” area to join our team as soon as possible.
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed studies in the field of architecture/interior design (diploma or master) and at least 5 years of professional experience
Confident use of Vectorworks and common Adobe products
Many years of experience in the planning and construction management of projects
Experience in corporate architecture, shopfitting and/or exhibition architecture
You enjoy what you do, are communicative, spread good cheer and are a team player
You are resilient, not easily unsettled by anything and always keep an overview, even when it comes to sporting timing
In addition to a good commercial understanding, you have very high quality standards and tact when dealing with customers
Fluent in written and spoken English
Lived interest in communication trends, design and architecture
YOUR TASKS:
Project support from concept to implementation
Creation and review of plan drawings in performance phases 3 and 5 (design and execution planning)
Customer communication/advice throughout the entire project phase
Project management/project planning, budget control, resource planning, quality and time management, project follow-up and invoicing
Transferring (strategic) concepts into an implementation process
Inquiries and coordination, procurement of offers, management of tender processes, quality and cost control
Creating offers, schedules/project plans and presentations
Work in an interdisciplinary project team, reporting to the team leader
